As a nurse, caregiver, daughter, wife, and mother of two, I understand the difficulty of balancing caregiving and relationships.

I am a Board Certified Geriatric Nurse with 32 years of caregiving and nursing experience, specializing in helping seniors age well.

For the last 10 years, I have cared for 3 seniors at a time in my own home, being the primary caregiver on a daily basis. Caring for people from mostly independent through the end of life. Those experiences have led to me developing timesaving tricks and hints to help people be better caregivers in less time.

I have helped hundreds of families bring their parents through this journey, as well as cared for several of my family members.

I am on a mission to help family caregivers become confident caregivers, able to enjoy their time with their loved one, making memories to treasure instead of wasting time searching for answers about caregiving. The community will support you on tough days and celebrate successes together. I help you make sense of the complicated senior care industry.
